Important information & disclaimers:
1. All your Toys”R”Us membership data will be removed, and any Star Points balance and coupons in your Toys”R”Us membership account will be forfeited.
2. Your account deletion request will be sent to our Customer Service Team to review and they will reply to you. Account deletion may take up to 30 days to completely reflect in our system.
3. If your account have any pending purchases / orders, the account deletion request will be put on hold and our Customer Service Team will reach out to you for further arrangement.
4. Toys"R"Us reserves right to retain transactional data for financial audit purposes.
5. Deleting your account means it is no longer accessible by your or any else. You will not be able to login via Toys”R”Us Website or App to access your order history or print a proof of purchase / invoice.
6. Upon submitting your account deletion request, you will not be allowed to login to your Toys"R"Us account via Toys”R”Us Website or App. Please ensure to log out from any existing web sessions on your phone or laptop.
