Goods can be exchanged or refunded within : Non-Star Card Members : 14 days Star Card Members : 21 days
All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all parts intact and unopened.
All approved refunds will be returned via the same mode of payment as specified on the original receipt.
Gift card, coupons or third party merchants' vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.
