Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Nett). 

We offer a flat rate of RM8 for all orders. For every selected bulky items, there will be an additional charge of RM40.

E-Gift Cards are delivered Free.

• E-Gift Card will be delivered to the email you provided, please contact us if you did not receive the gift card
• A scheduled delivery date of E-Gift Card up to a year from the date of purchase can be selected. The email which contains the E-Gift Card details will be sent to the designated receiver only at the scheduled delivery date
• If your cart contains both E-Gift Card and other physical products, shipping costs will still be applied to physical products only.

Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have logged into your toysrus.com.my account. If you have previously registered with toysrus.com.my you can log in at anytime. First time shoppers will need to create an account with toysrus.com.my first and provide your delivery address.

Toys"R" Us Malaysia only delivers only within Malaysia. We are unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Post Offices. At this time we do not ship from our toysrus.com.my site anywhere outside of Malaysia. We do, however, accept payment and billing from other countries.
